As a divorced gourmet enthusiast from Berlin, I have a discerning palate, and the Tennessee favorites crafted with local, sustainable ingredients at Stave Regional Kitchen truly impressed me. The honey bourbon sweet potatoes, a local specialty, made with Tennessee honey, were a delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors.The ambiance at the restaurant was inviting, and the live country music on Wednesday evening added a charming touch to the dining experience. As a Platinum Elite traveler, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant, where I indulged in the delicious American cuisine offered.The Franklin Marriott Cool Springs truly stands out for its exceptional variety of dining options, making it a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts like myself.
